Before his involvement in the production side of winemaking, Stephen Singer has been professionally involved with food and wine for over 25 years. He calls it the "World of the Table". For him, the connection between wine and food is inextricable. He is presently responsible for selecting and fulfilling the wine needs for many of the Bay Area's finest restaurants including Lalime’s, Fonda, T-Rex, Sea Salt, Downtown, and Jimmy Bean’s.
